At Bearivo, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction with every product you purchase. If you experience any issues with your order or products, or if something isn’t right, please email us and our team will assist you immediately.
Please provide your full shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in your package being returned to us, or your request may be ignored to prevent delays.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at cs@bearivo.com. For the fastest resolution, include your order number in your email.
We accept cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped or produced. If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, the order can be canceled. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
RETURNS
To initiate a return, please email us at cs@bearivo.com. Contact us within 90 days of your package delivery (as indicated by tracking information).
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging.
When submitting a return request, please include:
- Your order number
- The name and email used to place the order
- The reason for the return
REFUNDS
If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the following circumstances:
- The product is completely non-functional.
- You did not receive your order within 90 business days from the date of purchase.
Please Note:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to consumer preference, the customer is responsible for shipping fees, based on the shipping carrier chosen.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), the customer is not responsible for return shipping costs.
You cannot request a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address, not being home for delivery, or not picking up the package).
- Your order did not arrive due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, tracking shows "delivered" but package lost, or mailbox delivery issues).
